How are you doing, really?

Everyone asks about the person you care for. This is two minutes about you.

Eight questions. No scores, no judgement. At the end: a picture of what you're carrying, and a few practical next steps.

We don't store your answers.

Why this exists

Carers get asked about the person they look after constantly, and about themselves almost never. When somebody does ask, they're usually already halfway out the door — so the answer is “fine”, and nothing changes.

This is eight questions about the load, the help, the money and the break. Nothing about the person you care for — no conditions, no diagnoses, nothing about their health. That's their business, and it isn't what makes this hard.

There are no scores and nothing clinical here.It can't diagnose anything and it isn't medical, legal or financial advice. Where it mentions funding, it says what exists — whether your family qualifies is something only a needs assessment can answer.
